And you thought you had to get on the floor to work those abs? This video is a blessing!! I hate to get the yoga mat out to do sit ups and crunches.  Maybe that's why I haven't done them in a while.

Yep, I seem to be the lazy of the laziest. But this? Oh Yes! I'm liking this!! In this video the trainer shows you some exercises for your abs that you can do while standing up! Laziness just got easier! :)
