I was cruising Facebook when I ran across a recipe that was too easy to pass up trying. The recipe came from a website called Hungry Girl which offers healthy, low-calorie alternative recipes. This one was easy and surprisingly good.The recipe, which they call Yum Yum Brownies, calls for only 2 ingredients; a can of pumpkin and a box of cake mix. Using this recipe creates a muffin with only 181 calories and 3.5 g. of fat. The best part of all this is they actually taste good!
