The Grammy Awards are scheduled for this Sunday night, February 12th on CBS.  And unlike past years where the focus has been on younger artists, this year's Grammys will be a dream for baby boomers.

Paul McCartney is scheduled to perform.  And now Ringo Starr has been added as a presenter. That's fueling rumors that the two surviving Beatles just might reunite on stage for at least one performance.  Nothing is officially announced at this point, but with both of them in the building, it seems highly possible that they would appear together at some point on Sunday night.

Also scheduled to perform are the Beach Boys.  It will be their launch for a 50th anniversary celebration and tour.  And the Grammy performance will mark the first time the band has played with Brian Wilson in the lineup in over 15 years.

The Grammys will also feature a performance from Bruce Springsteen and the E Street Band, so there's a lot for the older geneartions at this year's event.  Other highlights will no doubt be the performances from Adele and Lady GaGa. (via paulontheruntour.blogspot.com)
