Get ready for super-powered fights on the go, denizens of earth, because the Injustice: Gods Among Us Ultimate Edition is headed to the Vita and more.

Armature Studio announced on the PlayStation Blog that it will be bringing NetherRealm Studios' console-sized brawler, Injustice: Gods Among Us, to the PlayStation Vita next month.

This is the studio behind the Metal Gear Solid HD Collection on PS Vita and is currently working on Batman: Arkham Origins Blackgate as well. One of their priorities for Injustice: Gods Among Us Ultimate Edition is to recreate the PlayStation 3 version's lighting, destructible environments and the 60 FPS fighting.

They've also added ad-hoc multiplayer, fights over WiFi and the implementation of touch controls for the Story Mode and S.T.A.R. Labs Missions. All 40 extra character skins are also included.

But the tastiest treat of all has to be the inclusion of all the current downloadable content that's currently available for the console versions. This means that we'll get our hands on Batgirl, Lobo, Zod, Zatanna and Martian Manhunter.

Injustice: Gods Among Us Ultimate Edition will launch on Nov. 12 for the PlayStation Vita for $39.99.

Warner Bros. has also announced PlayStation 3, Xbox 360 and PC versions to arrive on Nov. 12 for $49.99. Curiously, the PlayStation 4 will also be getting a version of Injustice: Gods Among Us Ultimate Edition for $59.99, but the Xbox One and Wii U will not... at least for the moment.
