Upcoming Steve Jobs’ Biography May Become a Movie
Sony Pictures is reportedly in talks to acquire the movie rights to Walter Isaacson’s soon-to-be-published biography of Apple co-founder, Steve Jobs, who died last week after a long battle with cancer.
The book, titled simply ‘Steve Jobs,’ is slated for release on October 24. It’s the only biography authorized by the late visionary and features interviews with his friends and family, as well as with Jobs himself.

Netflix Scraps Idea for Qwikster DVD-by-Mail Service
Netflix has been doing so much backpedaling lately, it’s surprising the company hasn’t adopted a bicycle for its logo.
In the most recent reversal, Netflix announced Monday that it’s scrapping a plan to split its streaming and DVD-by-mail services into two different companies and would instead keep both under the Netflix name. The abandoned idea would’ve seen the mailed DVD service take on the name Qwikster, with a separate website and separate billing.

In the last 29 years, Florida, Florida State and Miami took up residence at the top of the college football polls and won nine national championships in that stretch.
