Too Human, one of Silicon Knights' games that escaped development hell, has disappeared from the Xbox Live Marketplace.

According to Eurogamer, the game and all its associated content had been pulled. They pointed out a tweet from Sacra, an account that watches XBLA content.

The company had been ordered to destroy all of the unsold copies of their games that use Unreal Engine 3. Epic Games filed a lawsuit against them, claiming that they had used the engine without paying royalties.

And of course, Too Human was one of the titles which needed to be destroyed. Perhaps it was pulled from the Marketplace because of this reason.

Eurogamer says that the deadline for the destruction of the games was December 10th, 2012, which was more than a month ago.

We'll update you on any further details about this disappearance as they come.
