Last week, my husband's cousin Steve told me he is a big believer in the ab roller.

It's just a little wheel with a rod through it and it's cheap! So, yep I got one. But, I'll tell ya right now...it's a LOT TOUGHER than it looks! I found a video that showsthe proper form to use.
