Per KENS5, a mother named Jessica and her daughter Luna had recently left Texas to go home. But after the duo got home from the city of Dallas, a major item was discovered missing: Luna's stuffed dog known as Dog Dog. So the quest began to see if Dog Dog could be recovered and get home.

Acting quickly, Jessica phoned the airline in Dallas to see if there was a way to locate the lost stuffed pup. Jessica connected with a representative from the airline, according to KENS5, Christina. Christina, not wanting to waste time, quickly made her way to the rental car area and searching for Dog Dog.

Thankfully, Dog Dog was located! The next quest you ask? Making sure the little stuffed pup made its way back home safely.

Thankfully, as revealed by Southwest Airlines on social media, Dog Dog not only made their way home, they made it while having even more adventures, as seen here.

As stated by the post: "Not only did Dog Dog return to Luna safe and sound, but he even brought back a photo album of all of his adventures at Southwest so Luna could see what her old friend had been up to while they were apart."

So, in the end, a happy ending was had by all, and Dog Dog made their way home after a side adventure!
