
Texas Police Now Believe Victim Was Murder For Hire Target
Houston, Texas area authorities have been investigating a highway shooting from earlier this month of a man in his work truck that law enforcement believes he was the target of a murder for hire plot. According to this KHOU article, back on February 4th, a still unidentified 40 year old man was driving his work truck on The Grand Parkway after he had just passed by the Houston Premium Outlets.

The victim was struck multiple times as his work truck was shot up, and he had to be life flighted in critical condition. Thankfully, the most dangerous period appears to be behind him, and he is expected to recover.
Texas Police Now Believe Victim Was Murder For Hire Target
As the investigation has progressed from the shooting on the 4th police headed into the weekend with warrants for two suspects they believe were hired to murder the man that was shot inside his work truck. The Harris County Sheriff's Office believe Ricardo Antonio Obando was hired to kill the man that was shot, and he paid Matthew Xavier Rosas to act as his driver.
