200 new species of animals have been discovered in the Mekong region of Southeast Asia.  The diversity of our planet continues to amaze scientists.  Among these recent finds is a 'psychedelic' gecko, pictured here, as well as an interesting new species of monkey, and a lizard whose genus is entirely comprised of females that clone offspring without any need for a male partner.  Think about that one for a while.
