George Harrison’s Wife Olivia Feels Documentary Was Important [VIDEO]

George Harrison's widow Olivia says that the time was right for the George Harrison documentary directed by Martin Scorcese.  'George Harrison: Living In The Material World' premiered on HBO in October.  Olivia told Britain's Mojo magazine, "I think the timing is right. When (George) remastered All Things Must Pass (in 2000), he was starting to think where everything was, thinking about the footage, the sources."

If you haven't seen the documentary yet, it is scheduled to be released in North America in Spring of 2012 on Blu Ray and DVD.  It was released in England in October.  Here's a quality video of George performing 'This Song' on German TV in 1977:
