Here's how to watch Restaurant Impossible featuring Texas Cowboy BBQ in Abilene

The show initially aired on Thursday, June 30th on the Food Network. But, it will be re-aired on Thursday, July 14th, and on August 3rd. So it might be a good idea to set those DVRs. Otherwise, you can watch now on Discover+ or fuboTV, both of which have free trials you can do.

I missed the episode myself, but I will be watching it soon enough. In the meantime, it might be time for me to slide by Texas Cowboy BBQ to get some grub. You can too at 1881 North Treadaway in Abilene.

Speaking of local restaurants, how cool would it be to have some of these in town?
