2024 Spring Cruise Night Was a Huge Success and a Lot of Fun
This year's Accurate Air Solutions Spring 2024 Cruise Night was the most fun I've had at a Cruise Night in years. First, I must thank the Abilene Police Department (APD) for ensuring we stayed safe and had fun. After all, Cruise Night was started because of the awesome Abilene Police Department.
In the early 1980s, our radio stations got together and formed Cruise Night as a way to raise money for Safety City and the "Rodney the Robot" fund. Today the APD continues to educate and support all the children throughout the Big Country by teaching street safety and drug awareness. The classic car owners (as seen below) who always support the APD, Safety City, and the kids in West Texas.

Cruise Night was a huge success this year, all because of you, who came out to support it, as well as the sponsors like Accurate Air Solutions, Timbra Steina, Playfaire Park, Pam's Pets and Fish, Abilene Powder Coating, Audio Majic and My Primary Care.
I think the most incredible part of this Spring Cruise Night is that I saw a lot of parents and grandparents spending time with their children/grandchildren and sharing the memories of the rides they once had and the classic cars that formed their lives.
I recall last year's Fall Cruise Night when one of Abilene's finest shared with me his memories of Cruise Night past, he said "I love Cruise Night. It is an incredible event, and I always used to cruise in my classic car. Now I get to cruise, Cruise Night in my cruiser."
Enjoy the memories of the classic cars, trucks, and motorcycles that came out in support of Spring Cruise Night 2024. Furthermore, make plans for the Fall 2024 Cruise Night in Early October. Remember that Fall Cruise Night will have a car show early in the day with the cruise to follow.
