Texas Tech Red Raiders Get New Bobblehead Featuring Raider Red and the School Song
If your Texas Tech collection already includes jerseys, flags, tumblers, and at least one thing that yells Guns Up at strangers… congrats, there’s now a bobblehead that plays the school song too. Yes. This thing has a button. And yes, you’re going to push it way more than once.
The Texas Tech Red Raiders School Song Bobblehead is officially here from the National Bobblehead Hall of Fame & Museum, and it’s a must-have for Red Raider fans who love tradition, history, and loud school spirit in small plastic form that I think would look super cool on my shelf.

Limited-Edition Texas Tech Bobblehead Celebrates 1923 Founding
This bobblehead is individually numbered to only 1,923 pieces, a nod to the founding year of Texas Tech University. Translation: once they’re gone, they’re gone, so ya better grab them while you can!
Each one costs $40, plus a flat $8 shipping, and they’re expected to ship in March. (Perfect timing to randomly blast the school song during March Madness watch parties.)
Raider Red, Guns Up, With a Built-In Fight Song Button
The bobblehead features Raider Red rocking a black No. 1 Texas Tech football jersey, both hands raised in the iconic “Guns Up” pose. He’s standing on a red-and-white base that reads “TEXAS TECH RED RAIDERS” with the Tech logo on the front and “FIGHT, RAIDERS, FIGHT” on the back.
Oh—and the base includes a button that plays the school song. Push it and boom: instant Lubbock energy.
Why “Fight, Raiders, Fight” Is a Big Deal in Lubbock
“Fight, Raiders, Fight” was written by Vic Williams and John J. Tatgenhorst in Lubbock and dates back to when Tech teams were known as the Matadors. In 1936, band members Carroll McMath and James Nevins updated the lyrics to reflect the Red Raiders' name.

National Bobblehead Hall of Fame Knows This One’s a Winner
We’re excited to unveil this bobblehead featuring ‘Fight, Raiders, Fight,’ Texas Tech’s beloved school song,” said Phil Sklar, co-founder and CEO of the National Bobblehead Hall of Fame and Museum. Translation: they know Red Raider fans don’t mess around.
The museum, based in Milwaukee, has been cranking out high-quality bobbleheads since opening in 2019—and this one’s headed straight for desks, man caves, and offices that mysteriously get louder at the push of a button.
Guns Up. Push the button. Wreck ’em.
