Summer is still dragging on in Lubbock (I'm hot and totally over it), BUT, Fall is on its way! The season change will eventually hit you out of nowhere, and you might want to prepare yourself to save money, time, and headaches later.

Your AC has been working overtime the entire summer. Replacing your filter for better airflow is a MUST. It will keep your system running efficiently and improve the air quality in your house.

You do NOT want to wait for the first chilly morning to turn on your heater only to find out that it's on the fritz. Don't worry about that slight burning smell.
