Originally founded in Paint Rock, Texas, the company opened its Amarillo location on January 15, 2026, after a few construction bumps in the road.

Paint Rock Coffee Co. is located at the corner of Hillside and Bell in The Shoppes Center. They’re open Monday through Saturday from 6 am to 7 pm and Sunday from 6 am to 6 pm.
