As Amarillo continues to grow, new businesses will be moving into the city. Most of the time, these new businesses are restaurants. Amarillo is a city full of foodies who love to eat. A year ago, we shared with you that a new restaurant was making its way to Amarillo, a perfect place for breakfast, brunch, or lunch. Is there such a thing as too many brunch spots in one town? Absolutely not! The Toasted Yolk is one of the latest places getting ready to open in Amarillo. They will be located at 5681 S Soncy Rd.

Unique Menu Offerings at The Toasted Yolk Cafe

The Toasted Yolk will be the answer to Eggs Benedict lovers (by Eggs Benedict lovers, I include myself in that, because that's the best way to eat eggs). They offer a full menu of "Arnolds," their unique take on Eggs Benedict. They have a whole menu of different variations of this delicious breakfast. Plus, their full breakfast menu would leave any brunch enthusiast eagerly anticipating the grand opening.

Not into breakfast, they have a full lunch menu that will make your toes curl with deliciousness.

When Will The Toasted Yolk in Amarillo Open?

According to The Toasted Yolk Amarillo Facebook page, The Toasted Yolk will officially be open on Monday, March 9. Their website says the soft opening will be on March 6 and 7. This new breakfast nook in the new Patriot Park will be open for business, bringing breakfast, brunch, and lunch. The restaurant will be open 7 days a week from 7 am to 3 pm. Additonally they offer, "Toasted After Dark", for booking parties or events.

Grand Opening Events at The Toasted Yolk in Amarillo

• Monday, March 9: Free donuts per table. The first 20 guests will receive a $25 gift card.
• Tuesday, March 10 (Toasted Tuesday): $5 Jackie’s Morning Ritas. The first 20 tables will receive a free entrée card.
• Wednesday, March 11: The first 20 guests will receive a free mug.
• Thursday, March 12: The first 20 guests will receive the restaurant’s famous Garlicky Greengo Sauce.
• Friday, March 13: Half-off mimosas.

You'll also have an opportunity to win Free Toasted Yolk for a Year. Three lucky guests at The Toasted Yolk Cafe in Amarillo will have a chance to win free Toasted Yolk for a year. Guests can see the cafe for instructions on how to enter the digital raffle.

To enter, you must dine during one of the Pre-Opening Celebrations on March 6 or March 7, or during Celebration Week from March 9 through March 13, 2026. Three winners will be selected. The prize includes one entrée per week for one year.
