Jeff Beck Is Guest Tonight On ‘American Idol’

Legendary guitarist Jeff Beck will accompany contestants performing tonight (April 6th) on 'American Idol'.

The theme is 'Rock And Roll Hall Of Fame Week' on the show.

It has been interesting to watch the contestants perform songs that were hits before they were born. Results are mixed, but a few of them have been amazing.

Last week when the finalists tackled songs from Elton John, Haley Reinhart literally owned 'Bennie And The Jets'. That girl has an incredible voice with range, power, and dynamics. As of right now, she would by my pick to win it.

Check out the show tonight, 7pm, on KXVA Fox/Abilene to see some great licks from Jeff Beck...and hopefully some stellar performances as the finalists sing songs from the Rock Hall Of Fame.
