The band Journey is currently on the road with a major concert tour. And it so happens that they are playing a show on the 30th anniversary of their hit album 'Escape' July 31st.

Neal Schon said he knew the song 'Don't Stop Believin' would be a big hit from the album as soon as they had recorded it. The tune was a collaborative effort between keyboardist Jonathan Cain, Steve Perry, and Schon. It would go on to be one of five hit singles from 'Escape', peaking at number 9 on the charts. The band will be paying tribute to that 30th anniversary when they take the stage July 31st in Clarkston, Michigan. Here's a video of 'Don't Stop Believin' recorded right here in Texas in 1981.
