In addition to fronting the world's biggest rock 'n' roll band, Rolling Stones frontman Mick Jagger currently has eight children, five grandchildren and one great-grandchild.

As you might expect, based on the combined genes of Jagger and the intelligent, beautiful women with whom he's been romantically paired with over the years, none of these eight children is particularly hard on the eyes.

More impressively, they've each built a career for themselves outside of their father's lengthy shadow. Three of the four children he birthed and raised with supermodel Jerry Hall have followed their mother's lead into lucrative and high-profile gigs in the fashion industry, and others have succeeded as jewelry designers, activists and in the field of acting.

Jagger's eight children range in age, at the time of this writing, from age 46 (Karis Hunt Jagger) to less than one month old, as his most recent child Deveraux Octavian Basil Jagger was born in early December 2016.

In the gallery above, you can see photos of each of Jagger's eight children, as well as brief biographies for both them and the four women who gave birth to them. We've also tracked down pictures of two of his five grandchildren. We'll be sure to update this article in the coming months and years if Jagger decides eight isn't enough.

The Stones recently released their first studio album in more than10 years, Blue & Lonesome, which contains blues covers recorded in a three-day session.
