I guess Nascar drivers have a hard time keeping it under the limit on public roadways sometimes.  Kyle Busch was ticketed yesterday (May 24th) for driving 128 miles per hour in a 45 mph zone.

Busch was driving  on a North Carolina public road near where he lives in a new Lexus sport coupe. He admitted he was test driving a new sports car and 'got a little carried away'.   Kyle apologized 'to the public, my fans, sponsors, and race teams for my lack of judgment'.

The citation was for reckless and careless driving, and speeding.  By the way, if you happen to get stopped for going over 100 miles per hour, the officer has the option to cuff you and take you to jail.  Usually that's what happens, at least here in Texas.  It will be a pretty expensive ticket, but I would guess he can cover it.  (via USAtoday.com)
