Ouch! Olivia Munn had a painful swinging experience (no, not that kind!). The self-proclaimed geek fell hard on her arm while on an actual swing -- and it's all caught on camera.

The 'Newsroom' starlet was on an indoor swing going high as a kite and loving it, even getting pushed by a pal. It looked like a lot of fun ... until the swing snapped, sending the dark-haired beauty crashing to the floor.

Munn was hurt, dislocating her arm in the accident, but her sense of humor remained unharmed, as evidenced by her tweet about the incident (with a link to watch the video):
