Paul McCartney and Ringo Starr will celebrate the 50th anniversary of The Beatles' first appearance on "The Ed Sullivan Show" with a CBS special on February 9th...the exact day that they did "Ed Sullivan" back in 1964.

It's called "The Night That Changed America: A Grammy Salute to the Beatles".

Aside from Paul and Ringo, Yoko Ono and Olivia Harrison, the widows of John Lennon and George Harrison, are also participating.

And rumor has it a bunch of other artists are onboard, including Justin Timberlake, Lady Gaga, Adele, Bruno Mars, Pink and Katy Perry.  Supposedly, they're going to perform their versions of the five songs the Beatles played on "Ed Sullivan".

Those were:  "All My Loving", "Till There Was You", "She Loves You", "I Saw Her Standing There" and "I Want to Hold Your Hand".

The two-hour special will tape on January 27th, the day after the Grammys.
