Motown legend Smokey Robinson has just announced a select few Summer concert dates, beginning August 5th. Smokey doesn't tour much these days, so it would be a rare experience to see him live. So far, just these four dates are scheduled, buy maybe we'll get a few more if all goes well on the road. Smokey released a album of new material in 2009, entitled 'Time Flies When You're Having Fun'. It was the first new work in five years at that point. Smokey is aptly nicknamed 'The King Of Motown' and it's easy to see why. Here's a video of his song 'Cruisin' from 1979. We'll keep you posted on any additional live dates:

August 5 - Asheville, NC - Biltmore Estate
September 9 - Brooks, CA - Cache Creek Casino Resort
September 17 - Jacksonville, OR - Britt Festival at Britt Pavilion
September 23 - Saratoga, CA - The Mountain Winery
