Star Wars: Tiny Death Star Announced for Mobile Devices

Disney Mobile has announced that they've partnered up with NimbleBit to introduce us to Star Wars: Tiny Death Star, a game in the same vein as Tiny Tower.

Apparently the Empire is in trouble and needs your help to make the Death Star operational. In Star Wars: Tiny Death Star, you'll join forces with Emperor Palpatine and Darth Vader to "attract Galactic bitizens, run intergalactic businesses and build an all-new Death Star." So it's basically Tiny Tower, but with a shiny new Star Wars veneer. Know what? We're not complaining.

Players will be able to construct Star Wars-themed locations in Star War: Tiny Death Star in order to grab the attention of unique characters from the franchise. There's no word on exactly when this game will be available, but it's set for a worldwide release soon.
