Heart's induction into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame this April was a big deal for the fans who have always believed the band deserved such an honor -- and they'll have a chance to celebrate with Ann and Nancy Wilson when the duo sits for a live Q&A session with HBO on May 18.

Last night was a special one for Heart as the band was inducted as part of the 2013 class of Rock and Roll Hall of Fame Inductees.

After 40 years and 30 million albums sold worldwide, the members of Heart were inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame last night (April 18) in Los Angeles, Calif.

When Heart take the stage for their induction into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame tonight (April 18), it will be the first time the band's original lineup have performed together since Roger Fisher left after his personal relationship with Nancy Wilson ended in 1979.

Along with Rush, Randy Newman and disco icon Donna Summer, the sibling-fronted classic-rock band Heart will be inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame next week. At long last, Rush has made it into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. The Canadian rockers -- who along with Kiss were the two most debated qualifiers of recent years -- join five other acts to be honored at the April 18, 2013 ceremony in Cleveland. Fan vote overwhelmingly favored Geddy Lee and company, although it appears that didn't weigh too heavily into the Hall of Fame's selections.
