Talk about luck running in the family. The McCauleys in Charlotte, North Carolina have just claimed a third lottery win! The first big money came in 1991 when the family won $15.5 million in the New York Lotto. Then in 2007, Amy McCauley hit it big for $160,000 in the North Carolina Education Lottery
