The Audi R8 – Driving A Dream Car [VIDEO]

I was surfing the net on Friday and saw an article about the 2012 Audi R8 Spyder. This is the convertible model of Audi's new speed machine. They've just released the price on the car and it's out of reach for most mere mortals at a little over $211,000.

The car features a Lamborghini sourced V10 engine that takes you from 0-60 in 3.8 seconds. That's a little of what you're paying for in a car like this. After some further searching, I found a Kelley Blue Book video of last year's R8 which could be had for around $164,000 in the coupe edition. As you're checking out the test drive video below, keep in mind that the 2012 Spyder version will be built in a limited edition of only 333. And only 50 of those will make it to the United States.
