Whether or not you're a fan of classical music, it's easy to recognize genius. Glenn Gould was a very eccentric individual, and probably suffered from asperger syndrome, a similar disorder to autism. When coupled with a natural, God-given talent, the malady focused Gould on his craft and literally immersed him in it. He was obsessed with the music of Bach, and his 'Goldberg Variations' album is the stuff of legends. Watch a very young Glenn Gould play piano and see if you can remain unaffected by it. I certainly can't.
