Over in the UK, Chef Marc Guibert has set a record by creating the world’s most expensive chocolate pudding, according to the World Records Academy. This isn’t your run-of-the-mill Jell-O pudding cup.

The lavish dessert is made with four different kinds of Belgian chocolate and other pricey ingredients like champagne jelly, caviar, gold leaf and a two-carat diamond. Sure, it sounds delicious, but isn’t that a choking hazard? Considering that the dish costs a staggering $34,440, we hope it comes with a complimentary Heimlich maneuver.
