On This Day in 1971 – Rod Stewart Goes Gold With a Classic Album

On this day in 1971 Rod Stewart’s album “Every Picture Tells A Story”, featuring one of the Greatest Songs of All Time, “Maggie May”, went Gold.  It went Platinum in January of 1995.
