Direct from 'Rolling Stone' magazine, news that the Beach Boys are planning to reunite and tour for their 50th anniversary! There had been countless rumors going both ways. It might happen. It's not happening. We're not sure. But now it looks as if the surviving members are in the planning stages for up to 100 worldwide dates for the golden anniversary of the band.

The current Beach Boys lineup features only founding member Mike Love and longtime member Bruce Johnston with session players. For the coming tour Brian Wilson, Al Jardine, and David Marks will join in a move fans have been dreaming of for years. There are currently no confirmed dates, but we will keep you posted here.

Fans are eagerly awaiting the release of the Beach Boys 'Smile Sessions' which should be available on November 1st.
