Former 'Happy Days' stars Anson Williams, Marion Ross, Erin Moran, Don Most, and the estate of Tom Bosley are suing CBS over merchandising rights and the use of their images.

The stars say that they are not being paid as per the terms of their contracts regarding the show. And the main issue centers around 'Happy Days' slot machines now in casinos across the country.

Marion Ross indicated that she wasn't aware of it until an acquaintance told her about it, inferring that she must be making a lot of money off the casinos. She said she had no idea what they were talking about. The acquaintance said, 'Well if you get four Marions you get a jackpot'.

The lawsuit is apparently seeking around $40 million from the network. CBS actually says they agree that the actors are owed money and they are working to resolve the issue. More on the story where I sourced this information at scoop.today.com .
