To say it's an iconic piece of music memorabilia would be an understatement. Michael Jackson's red and black leather jacket featured in the 'Thriller' video is on the auction block next week at Julien's Auction Gallery. The jacket is the highlight of a music themed auction of over 600 items from The Beatles, Eric Clapton and more.

Michael autographed the jacket and gave it to his costume designers Dennis Tompkins and Michael Bush. He wanted them to use it as a template for future stage jackets.

The 'Thriller' jacket is expected to bring over $200,000. All of the auction items are on display to the public free at Julien's in Beverly Hills June 13th through June 25th. The jacket appears at about 3 minutes 45 seconds in,  and you get a really good look at it around the 4:35 mark at the beginning of the vocals and dance sequence:
