Roy Orbison would have been 75 years old on April 22nd. His impact on music is still being felt today. With a vocal range of 4 octaves, and a 'man in black' style, he revolutionized what could be accomplished in the rock and roll genre.

Raised in the little town of Wink, Texas, he took the rock ballad to a whole new level on such legendary songs as 'Cryin', 'Over You', and 'In Dreams'. But Roy could rock too. His guitar playing is distinctive, and there's nothing quite like the trademark growl on 'Oh Pretty Woman'.
