Pro Bowl Is On Today

The beginning of the end for the 2010-2011 football season happens today with the NFL Pro Bowl.  It sure looks like a lot of fun for the players, and the location in Hawaii sure doesn't hurt.

I always turn on the game and watch about a half.  It's usually more interesting to watch the activities leading up to the actual contest itself.  You get to see some of the true personalities of the players.

It's a lot different these days with the Pro Bowl airing before the Super Bowl, but I guess it makes a lot of sense for continuity reasons.  You don't have a weekend gap without football leading up to the big one.

I'm already missing football and ain't quite over yet.  The Pro Bowl airs on FOX at 7pm with Tom Brady starting at QB for the AFC, and Michael Vick the starting quarterback for the NFC.   See the full rosters at the link straight ahead. (via chiff.com)
