Last Friday marked the anniversary of that tragic day fourteen years ago, a day that will always be known as 9/11. My sister Lynn emailed me this article she found and it brought tears to my eyes. Through the tears and memories of that day this article reminds me of how proud I am to be an American.

Seventies hitmakers 'America' are set to get a star on the Hollywood Walk Of Fame. Members Dewey Bunnell and Gerry Beckley will be on hand as the star is unveiled on February 6th, 2012. America's star will be the 2,459th on the walk, and will be located in front of the Musician's Institute near stars for Motley Crue, Rush, Al Jolson, and Hal David.
America are on tour and two concerts bring the band to Texas at the end of November:
