Billboard Awards

The band Journey has been playing live for audiences for almost 40 years.  They've toured through lineup changes, broken relationships, reunions, and replacement lead singers.  Now the band is being rewarded for its love of entertaining fans with live concerts. On November 10th, Billboard Magazine will present Journey with its 'Legend Of Live' honor at the annual awards show in New York.

Neil Diamond was finally inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame earlier this year.  This weekend he receives another honor:  The Billboard Icon Award. Neil will not only be at the Billboard Music Awards this Sunday (May 22nd) to accept, he'll also perform live on the show.  It airs at 7pm Central time on ABC television.
