I looked up the word rude. It's defined as "offensive in manner or action". According to Insider, it looks like the highest concentration of rudeness in the U.S. happens in the bigger cities. That's one good thing about living in Abilene. Around these parts, folks are more easygoing. However, there are cities in the U.S. where it gets really bad, and Texas is not exempt.
