Every time I think about trashy places for some reason it takes me back to when I was a foreign exchange student in Rio de Janeiro. Let me preface this by saying that there is so much beauty there. From the people to the beaches and buildings, it can be absolutely stunning. However, as in many countries, there were areas that were so run down and built up with trash and other debris.
