Were You Scared of Santa When You Were a Kid?[POLL]

I've been seeing a ton of great photos on Facebook of kids with Santa. It's something that seems like a great idea, well until your child starts crying!

Those pictures are actually the best. I don't mean that seeing kids cry on Santa's lap is a good thing, but it sure brings back memories. 

I was petrified of that jolly old man when I was a kid! I remember when I was about 4 years old, we went to the mall in Houston. I remember my mom and older brothers and sisters pointing out Santa to me. Santa was really far away, but I could see him! Oh wow! That's Santa. Then they asked if I wanted to go sit in his lap. Are you kidding me? NO WAY! I think I started crying and screaming and probably kicking. Luckily, they didn't bring me too close to Santa.

Don't get me wrong, I loved Santa! He could bring me as many presents as he wanted too but as far as me getting close to him or heaven forbid...sit on his lap? Nope, that was so not going to happen!
