Beach Boys Charity Single For Japan Earthquake Relief Available Online

The Beach Boys' limited edition vinyl single, just released for National Record Store Day, is now available online.

All proceeds from the single will benefit the American Red Cross for Japan earthquake relief.

The single, 'Don't Fight The Sea' was previously on Al Jardine's solo album 'A Postcard From California', and features a vocal track from the late Carl Wilson. The B-side is an acapella version of the 1968 song 'Friends' remixed by Jardine.

Not only is the release a great collectors' item, it benefits one of the most worthy causes out there right now. I actually tried to get this single on Record Store Day but was unsuccessful. I ordered one earlier today and it was easy to complete the transaction.
