You probably have noticed that Burger King eliminated 'The King' from its ad campaigns a few months ago.  Now the chain is changing the recipe for BK french fries.  The new fries should be in all of the restaurants by December 5th.

You'll notice from the photo here that the new Burger King fries are thicker.  They look nothing like McDonald's thin fast food fries.  And the taste?  According to early reports, good.

The fries also have less sodium than their predecessors and a crispy coating that's said to make them stay hotter longer.  Trends are moving towards  more natural looking products, including in our food.  These fries also address that with more of a fresh cut appearance.  BK is reported to be offering them at just a buck after the nationwide launch early in December.  I'll give them a try for sure.
