Glen Campbell is set to receive a Lifetime Achievement Grammy at the awards show this coming February.  It will no doubt be a poignant moment for Glen and for the audience nationwide.  Glen Campbell was diagnosed with Alzheimer's disease and recorded what will be his final album in 2011.  'Ghost On The Canvas' is an incredible artistic achievement, and his voice remains powerful and pure.

Campbell has been on a 'Farewell' tour for much of the past year, and the Grammys will be a culmination of that year and a deserved accolade for the decades of music, and for that matter, television entertainment he's given us.  Other Lifetime Achievement honorees include The Allman Brothers, Diana Ross, and George Jones.  For more information on Glen Campbell and his latest album click here at TrueOldiesAbilene.com/glencampbell
