Although the holidays are always a blast, after they wrap up I feel like I've been through a festive whirlwind. It's like waking up from a dream filled with presents, feasts, and joyous chaos, only to realize it's time to get back to the real world.

Snooze and Lose...Stress: Catch up on sleep. You've earned it. Settle up in your comfiest pajamas, get under the blankets, and put the world on hold.
