Boy Survives Shark Attack Off Texas Coast [VIDEO]

A 13-year old boy is lucky to be alive after a shark attack off the Texas coast earlier this month at Port O'Connor. Nicholas Bossler was in waist deep water when the bull shark bit him on the foot and began thrashing to try to detach it.

The boy's parents and other tourists rushed to help, and an individual with a fast boat in the area rushed him to get medical attention. Doctors were able to stop the dangerous bleeding, and after several surgeries, they believe he will have a 'functional' foot.
