Jennifer Garner and Ben Affleck Expecting Third Child

Actress Jennifer Garner and her actor/director husband Ben Affleck, married since 2005, have announced they are expecting their third child.

In a one-line statement released Monday, the couple, both 39, said they are “thrilled” at the impending arrival, who will join big sisters Violet, 5, and Seraphina, 2.

Garner was most recently seen in the Russell Brand remake of ‘Arthur’ and is starring in the upcoming film ‘The Odd Life of Timothy Green,’ while Affleck, who won an Oscar for ‘Good Will Hunting’ and directed ‘The Town,’ is set to star in Terrence Malick’s yet-untitled upcoming project.

It’s unclear when Garner is due.
