Officers in Mason, Ohio were at a traffic accident outside a bar around 2:30 in the morning when the police canine started barking like crazy at one Ryan Stephens, who was barking and hissing at the dog.

Officers indicated that Stephens refused to stop taunting the dog.  They asked him why he was exhibiting the behhavior, to which he responded, "the dog started it".  He ignored commands to stop so the officers cited him for teasing a police dog.  I didn't know that was a crime.

By the way, police also indicated that Mr. Stephens appeared to be very intoxicated.  That explains a lot.  He's lucky the dog was inside a locked police car.  He'll be in court to answer to charges at the end of April.  (via cbsnews.com )
