Man Named Stoner Busted For Marijuana

Here's a guy that lives up to his name.  56-year old Glenn Stoner was busted on Marijuana charges in Clearwater, Florida.

Police found growing equipment, live pot plants and other paraphernalia when they executed a search warrant at Stoner's home. Stoner told the police that the marijuana was for his personal use, which I guess is admitting.....he's a stoner and a Stoner.

Since they found 19 live plants, I don't think the 'personal use' defense is going to stand up in court.  Glenn Stoner was charged with cultivation and possession in felony amounts and his bond was set at just over $10,000.

By the way, Mr. Stoner was arrested on the same charges back in 2006.  He's a stoner through and through.  (via UPI.com)
