Security Camera Catches Cat Burglar [VIDEO]

Residents of a San Francisco neighborhood have been noticing petty burglaries for over three years. They finally set up a surveillance camera to catch the cat burglar.....and it's actually a cat named Dusty. Dusty has carried off over 600 items including teddy bears and items of clothing. He's said to partial to women's bathing suits. Here's a video of the thief in action!
